Former presidential candidate of Burkina Faso Mr. Jean-Baptiste Natama (2nd from the left) heard by the end of 2014 about the reforestation projects of OZG in his birth region (North-East Burkina Faso). When he saw the old school on one of the new forest sites, how children really wanted to learn, how their parents pay schoolmoney to pay teachers (money they earned from selling forest products like baskets, mats, and brushes on local markets) and after a brief debate with Mr. Saydou Kalaga sociologist of OZG and its chairman Mr. Werner Sels, Jean-Baptiste Natama didn’t hesitate to invest in a real school for all children.
